On the morning of July 31, 2026, the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government hosted the appointment ceremony and expert forum for the second batch of experts responsible for advisory and demonstration work on major municipal administrative decisions. Gong Zheng, Mayor of Shanghai, attended the ceremony and delivered an address. Shu Qing, Member of the Party Leadership Group of the Municipal Government, announced the roster of newly appointed experts for the second term.

We are pleased to announce that our esteemed senior consultant, Professor Shen Fugjun, has once again been appointed to serve on the Shanghai Municipal Government's Administrative Review Committee.
On the afternoon of October 29, 2024, the sixth plenary meeting of the Administrative Review Committee of the People's Government of Shanghai Municipality was convened in the municipal government's first conference room. Shanghai Municipal Party group member and director of the administrative review committee, Shu Qing, attended the meeting and delivered a cordial opening speech. The meeting was presided over by Ma Chunlei, Secretary General of the municipal government and deputy director of the administrative review committee. Wu Jianyong, Party Secretary and Director of the Shanghai Municipal Administration Bureau and Deputy Director of the Administrative Review Committee of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, presented a comprehensive work report to the meeting. K-Insight attends Government Normative Document Formulation Symposium
On the afternoon of July 5, 2024, the Management Committee of Shanghai International Resort invited K-Insight to join their Normative Document Formulation Symposium. The meeting aimed to discuss the management measures' positioning, issues to be addressed, compliance, and drafting process. K-Insight is acting as a legal counsel of People's Government of Shanghai Municipal Government and China (Shanghai) Free Trade Zone Management Committee for years.
