Ms Lu offers full-spectrum legal services to domestic and foreign-invested companies in connection with investment, acquisition, restructuring, financing, liquidation and other matters, covering scheme design, contract drafting and negotiation. Her recent engagements include: a state-owned enterprise’s public listing project for the transfer of equity interests in its subsidiary; an asset acquisition and restructuring project of a major private enterprise in Pudong; dispute resolution concerning project payment settlement for a certain Shanghai Metro line; and a state-owned enterprise’s proposed non-public agreement-based transfer of bulk assets.
