Recently, the Corporate Legal Affairs Professional Committee of our firm organized its first specialized seminar of 2026, conducting an in-depth discussion on the Supreme People's Court's draft judicial interpretation of the Company Law.
The seminar was delivered by Wang Yuelong, the managing partner of our firm. Drawing on his profound theoretical expertise from academic teaching and extensive practical experience, Mr. Wang provided a systematic and in-depth analysis of key topics in the draft judicial interpretation, including "Resignation and Removal of Legal Representatives," "Determination of the Validity of Corporate External Guarantees," and "Compliance Review of Related-Party Transactions."
During his presentation, Mr. Wang continuously integrated typical contentious cases from practice to guide the discussion, fostering an active and enthusiastic atmosphere for on-site exchange. The participating lawyers actively contributed their insights based on their own case-handling experiences, engaging in productive discussions on issues such as "the boundaries of due diligence for bona fide counterparts in external guarantees" and "the rationality of liability after procedural compliance in related-party transactions." This interactive model of "presentation combined with real-time discussion" effectively bridged abstract legal provisions with vivid practical cases, not only deepening understanding but also inspiring new case-handling approaches through the exchange of diverse perspectives.
