• Represented a central enterprise to take full participation in the equity restructuring of a hotel invested by it and to complete related legal matters (the legal project had a subject matter of more than RMB300 million);
• Represented a well-known fund company to handle the case of disputes over real estate investment accepted by the Shanghai Arbitration Commission (the subject matter involved: RMB200 million);
• Represented a well-known fund company to handle a case of disputes over contract invalidity confirmation, and won the case after it was submitted to the Supreme People’s Court;
• Represented a well-known fund company to handle a case of disputes over contract validity confirmation which was accepted by Shanghai No. 2 Intermediate People’s Court in the first instance and by Shanghai High People’s Court in the second instance, and involving a subject amount of more than RMB90 million;
• A litigation/ arbitration case of disputes over the termination of a labor contract, involving a compensation amount of USD10 million, between a U.S. company among the World Top 500 Enterprises and its former legal representative;
• Represented Staples (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. to provide routine legal services and handle related matters concerning dispute resolution (a representative of which was to represent this company in handling the disputes over a computer software contract with Digital China, and this case was submitted to the Supreme People’s Court for trial and finally settled);
• Represented 3M to handle matters concerning dispute resolution;
• A litigation/ arbitration case of disputes over the termination of a labor contract, the payment of bonuses, and annual leave, etc. between a British-funded large-sized equipment manufacturing company and its employee;
• A litigation/ arbitration case of disputes over the termination of a labor contract between a US-funded law firm Shanghai Office and its senior lawyer;
• A litigation/ arbitration case of disputes over the termination of a labor contract for the probationary period between a domestic well-known real estate company and its senior executive.
