Practice Experience

Ms. Zhu officially joined Shanghai K-Insight Law Firm in January 2010, and has passed the National Judicial Examination. In terms of litigation, she is familiar with real estate-related laws and has been involved in the mediation and preparation of litigation for a number of cases of disputes over house purchase and sales contracts, and cases of disputes over property service contracts. In terms of non-litigation, she has participated and assisted host lawyers in completing the legal services for the acquisition, reformation and liquidation of many domestic and foreign companies.
